James is the managing director from Bakery food Machinery. They specialize in providing industry bakery machineries for years.
From time to time, their customers are looking for some new technology for cake decoration. James has a great vision that food printing is a very promising business in the near future. So he decides to expend their product range. Most of their bakery equipments are imported from China. So he did research about the food printer suppliers in China, and found Acro Machinery is a professional manufacture specializes in food printing equipments.
After few emails communication, James decided to visit our factory for the demonstration. During the testing, we have printed many items, like M&M’s,Chocolate,Macaroon,Cakes,Marshmallows,Candy,Biscuit,Mint,Smarties,Icing Sheet, Cookies, Licorice and so on. James was very impressed about our machine printing quality and high performance. So he decided to place two units of FP-50 food printer for the trail order on site.
During the 2 days training, we taught their technician how to install the printer & software, also the daily maintenances, and most important is the troubleshooting skills.
About 1 month past, they delivered the first food printer to their customers. We arrange an English speaking technician to support them online. Through our help, they can handle the printer successfully.
The video was produced at customer’s workshop. And the client loved the food printer very much. With our food printer, they can increase the efficiency of cake decoration and can print any photos or message on icing sheet. Up till now, their food printer is still running well.
