I am a food chemist. But with a growing family, I started developing my graphic design business, as I could manage my time and work from home.
I was specialized in party and kids stationary and labels. Then I thought about getting further. That’s when I started investigating about edible printing.
I found acro printers after a long time, checked up other kinds of food printers of this kind, but absolutely decided acro printers was my option.
I first was scared as I was buying a machine, which I had never seen before, that did not existed in Mexico (or any similar technology) from the other side of the planet.

The delivery was really fast, and I bought the US inks that were recommended from acro printers. Using the machine was really easy, and when I had any doubts or issues, they were easily solved.
We have now a beautiful business in which we print candy, chocolates (like m&m´s and smarties), cookies, fondant, and filled wafer candy for many kinds of events such as: christenings, baptisms, weddings, birthdays, first communions, anniversaries and many many branded products.
It’s been a year since I purchased my A4 printer, my business has been growing, we’ve been getting better in quality printing and the technology is starting to be known in my country. Now we are thinking about distributing the machines. I fully recommend acro printers!
