I would like to thank you for the tremendous customer service you have given me during my first months with my Acro FP-11 Edible Food Printer. The printer is amazing and is allowing me to make many kinds of photo printed cookies. I am building my entire business around it! The quality of the machine is excellent and it is easy to use. I have compared it to edible food printers that are available in the United States and honestly, there is no comparison! The continuous ink flow will save me so much time and money!
Just as importantly, you have provided truly outstanding customer service. There have been times that you have helped me until 1 a.m. in your time zone and others in which you started at 6 a.m. You have shown great patience with me and been very clear in your explanations. Thanks to you, I now have a superior product of which I can be very proud.
I have to add that my first corporate order was shipped out from the United States to a number of places overseas, including Hong Kong and Switzerland. I just heard back from the ordering company today that their clients in Great Britain loved their special logo cookies. Thank you for making this possible!
