Considering the transportation,all our food printers didn’t install inks inside in advance. So when you receive the machine,you have to refill inks before use. Here are the steps for ink installation.
1,Refill the inks into ink bottles as below photo.

2,Use syringe to pull inks into dampers one by one. (Some tips: Put all dampers holes up, and then connect with syringe. The inks will go through the ink tubes, and then fill the dampers full).

3,All dampers are full, and then install all dampers into the printer head. Make sure all dampers fixed firmly.
Head side
4,Since the head is new, so there are no inks inside the head. You should use syringe to pull out 5ml inks from the waste ink tube. See the below photo.

5,After that, do a head clean, then print a nozzle check

6,If Y M C K all colors come out, you will see like the below photo.
