In the past, we are using normal office printer with edible ink cartridge. With this idea, we can only print on the icing paper for cake decoration. But there are more and more inquiries about the idea to print directly on food surface. Our FP-20 food printing equipment is developed according to the food decoration increasing requirement.
Our FP-50 food printing machine use Y M C K,4 colors edible inks. It can decorate bakery and confectionary products with colorful images directly from digital files. You can print full-colored images on cookies, cakes, mints, candy, chocolates etc. provided they are white or light-colored (because white ink is not available in edible series). On dark items, it is possible to print texts and logos with dark ink (black, dark blue). The items must be no more than 9cm high.
