Printed Éclairs from Daniel in Hong Kong

Daniel works at a French Bakery shop in Hong Kong. He is in charge of Éclairs production there.

Earlier in August, 2015, Daniel’s friend Mr. Nate sent us an enquiry about our food printer which custom printed Éclairs. We did recommend him our best selling model FP-50 A3 size food printer and sent full details to him. During that time, Daniel had a business trip in Europe. So Nate waited for Daniel back from trip and move to next step.

One day in Oct, 2015, Daniel contacted me on Whatsapp, saying that they were planning to visit our factory and see the printer working in action. After a few days, we did arrange a car to pick them up to our factory and see how our machine custom printed éclairs.

During his trip in France, he saw how to custom printed éclairs. He explained that we need to print artworks on marzipan first, then place on the top of éclairs. At last, they will do more decoration to make printed éclairs look more shining and eye catching.

After we printed few samples, we showed them around our factory and introduce our production line & our quality control process to them. They’re impressed a lot.

At the end of Oct,2015, Daniel told me the good news that they’re ready to order a food printer from us.

After we receive their full payment, we arrange the printer production and send it to Hong Kong. Also our technician will go to Hong Kong to install the food printer and teach them how to custom printed éclairs.

After our detail training, they can handle our edible ink printer very well now. Wish they will make more money in the busy season at the end of 2015!
