Printed Cupcakes from Billy in UK

Billy owns a pastry shop in UK, mainly selling custom printed cupcakes, branded biscuits and provide custom printed cake toppers. It’s a family business, his wife is charge in baking and he is in charge in marketing & after sales service.

Billy found us from Google and sent email asking more details about our FP-50 A3 size food printer. During our email communication, he told us that he is currently using an Italy flatbed food printer. Since his business is growing very fast, one printer can not match his production capacity. So he decided to invest for another printer. As he complained to us that the Italy printer quality is good, but after sales service is really bad. If there is any issue with the printer, they can not respond in time. That made Billy mad, especially during busy season for business.

He wanted to find a reliable supplier to provide the good quality machines and good after sales service. So he found our website and he said our website look professional than other supplier in China.

Considering the distance between UK and China is a little far way, he wanted to talk to someone who using our food printers to get more details before placing orders to us. Luckily enough, one of our customers in the US is willing to talk to him.

After he talked to our USA customer, he was happy to tell us that he got a good reference about our printer quality and after sales service. So he sent us full payment for the A3 size flatbed food printer.

After he received our machine, we helped him to install the printer driver & software and taught him how to use our food printer. Since he already used a food printer before, so it’s easy to operate our printers.

Currently, they have two A3 size flatbed edible ink printers from us. All are working fine as always.
