Printed Smarties from Nicole in Austalia

At March of 2011, we got an inquiry from Nicole. She has a candy shop in Australia.

In the email, Nicole explained that her main product is chocolate, but she wanted to custom printed smarties especially for wedding parties. She sent us some posters to explain her idea. After we confirm that our printer can print on it, she is so excited to send us the real samples for testing. She can’t wait to see how our food printer working in action.

We had printed many items, like Cookies, Smarties, Mints, Marshmallows, Licorice, White Chocolate and M&MS. We take photos and working videos for her. She was very impressed by our printing quality, so she decided to place the order of FP-50 food printer.

After they received the food printer, we taught them how to install the printer, also taught them how to custom printed smarties in bulk number with our printing jigs.

Up till now, it’s been almost 5 years past. Their food printer is still running well, even though there is some small issue, but we can fix it in a short time. We still keep in touch via emails, even though we had never met each other before.

With our food printer, they already expended their business. They are the only company in Australia with the capabilities to produce custom printed Smarties, they can print text and designs or logos on Smarties and offer a range of packaging.
